由上面這一點我想到了在企管中所提的「80、20法則」---80%的利潤是由20%的固定老客戶帶來的。而這個理論是否適用於BSP經營上:80%的content是由20%的重度blogger產製的,若是的話,維繫老客戶就很重要。那麼Yam樂多Blog還真該找個時間約這群忠實的使用者出來喝養樂多配蕃薯吧!

只看到前一部分用户,起步容易,但潜力没有后者大;而反过来,只盯着后面一部分用户,揠苗助长,会事倍功半,活不到市场成熟的那一天。。。 至于两条腿走路是不是分散精力,它们的比例怎样,如何平衡长期的影响和短期的影响,如何平衡立竿见影的努力还是长期资产的建设,这些问题,还真没有现成的答案,真的是如履薄冰,如临深渊,需要不断的调整。。。。好在,还是那句话,还年轻,允许犯错。
