| Ling Chai founded Jenzabar in April 1998, and has served as President since its inception and as Chief Operating Officer since March 2001. Ms. Chai served as Chief Executive Officer from its inception to February 2001 and as Chairman of the Board from Jenzabar's inception to December 1998. From September 1996 through June 1998, Ms. Chai attended Harvard Business School, from which she received her Master of Business Administration in 1998.
